Troubleshooting and Improving customer experience and help desk experience of Fiber to the Home, DOCSIS, and Fixed Wireless deployments. I learned through a lot of trial and error, new tools and technologies so that we could do more each day with the same personnel.
Aside from technology, I enjoy most of my time on adventures with my family. We share a lot of common interests but also each have our own unique views which allows us to learn together and experience new things as a group. We do some thrifting and flipping, usually in the interest of finding interesting tools or hobbies of others through our "finds".
We also enjoy movies, board games, books, arts/crafts, and sports. We have a wide range of interests, just about anything that will keep us entertained during swing weather in Ohio.
